Elian's family in the Florida fought a good fight for all the right reasons. All I can say to them is that I am sorry, but as a little saying goes;

"It is better to of loved and lost... than to of never of loved at all"

Elian and his father were offered freedom, and they rejected it. The can go home to their Father Fidel. Oh well.
