Extraordinary Eh?

Up

With one swoop of a federal magistrate's pen Wednesday, Casey Martin broke
down another protector of our rights, the Fifth Amendment to the
Constitution. .Nor be deprived of Life, Liberty, or Property, without due
Process of Law.   The PGA used to own the prize money, a critical part of
"owning" property would be the right to "disown" the property, now a federal
magistrate owns the prize money, by stealing the rights of its owners, to
decide how to disown it. This case has nothing to do with golf, and
everything to do with destroying private ownership of property in this
country. A goal of every good communist. Golf was just an excuse, a cover
for the real evil, witch seeks to destroy this country. "A vast left wing
conspiracy", if you will. People who are unable to make up rules for a game
and give away prizes, read "enter into contracts", are any thing but free.
It is not mutually exclusive to be concerned about "individual freedom" and
concern for handicapped golfers, as much as the communists and their
apologists would have you believe, with all of their babble about
compassion, and insults hurled at people who point to the Constitution. It
also may be unfortunate that this communistic ruling collides with the ninth
and tenth provisions of the Bill of Rights, but who really cares any way?
