| August 7, 2002 was a big day for the little bird. He did his first flying as he backed off the coffee table, he was back on the table with out touching the floor. He also flew a few a short distance in the back yard. |

| I never realized that Sparrows have move color to them than gray. |

| Little Bird needs to grow up and be a Bird. So we took him for a car ride. We took him to a place where the Michigan Department of Natural Resources has people who will take him, put him with other birds, give him a proper diet, reduce his contact with people, and then set him free. |
